A large part of our jobs at Millenia 3 is to improve traffic workflow for our clients so that things are not only accurate but efficient as well. Recently, On-Air Traffic Specialist Liz caught a problem that saves our own workflow! After processing traffic for one of our clients, Liz noticed that some promos didn’t push with the rest in their system. The department often has to re-use house numbers as time goes on, but some of these were already assigned in a different program. As a result, the new promo metadata was not being created. Because there is always a need for more assignment numbers, the On-Air team worked with the client to put into place a protocol to ensure that new Gabriel shells were created and aired over the old ones. This is one of many examples where we as client managers solve problems alongside our clients for implementation and the overall betterment of our process.
