Heather Crawford

Meet Heather Crawford, our seasoned Vice President of Operations! Heather oversees all day-to-day operations of the business, developing and implementing strategies to meet financial, operational and cultural goals, and collaborates with other members of the leadership team to build and implement long-term growth strategies for the company. She has an impressive history of growing and leading strong teams and developing processes to optimize resources, and the Millenia 3 team is thrilled to have her on board.

Heather joined the Millenia 3 team after spending 26 years with Turner/Warner Media, where she focused on consumer marketing and brand strategy. She developed, executed and led integrated marketing campaigns for several signature scripted series on TNT including The Alienist, The Alienist: Angel of Darkness, Claws, Animal Kingdom and Snowpiercer. Most recently, she led a small team who launched marketing campaigns for some new HBO Max scripted and unscripted series’ including Ridley Scott’s Raised by Wolves, the animated series Close Enough and Jenna Lyon’s first foray into branded content – Stylish with Jenna Lyons. Early in her career, Heather led the marketing campaign for Sex and the City, when it moved from HBO to cable, helping TBS to rebrand itself as one of the leading cable networks. Heather’s wealth of experience in the industry offers clients a competitive edge and unique perspective.

Heather is a solutions-oriented team leader with a strong creative vision. She has a heart for charity causes and serves as a Host Committee member of the annual Handbag Hullabaloo fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House. In her free time, you can find Heather enjoying time with her family, shopping, playing tennis or trying a new recipe.
